What the work looks like
- Meet with clients online and by phone, the way people buy coverage today.
- Match each client to the right plan from a wide shelf of top carriers.
- Offer private health plans year-round, not just inside one enrollment window.
- Work your pipeline in a modern CRM with AI follow-up.
- Build your book with support from a USABG leader.
Qualifications
- An active life or health insurance license.
- Recent sales experience: insurance, or any role where you prospected, presented and closed.

Compensation
Commission-based. This is an independent contractor (1099) role with no salary. What you earn depends on your effort, your licensing and your results. Your leader walks you through how compensation is structured on the first call, before you commit to anything.
What USABG provides
- Access to top carriers. You are independent, never boxed into one product.
- Access to exclusive lead opportunities, plus AI follow-up and a modern CRM.
- A USABG leader who works with you from your first appointment, plus training and a proven sales process.
Application process
- Apply — about 60 seconds. License status, your state, a few questions about your experience, and how to reach you. No resume, no essay.
- A call with a USABG leader. An assigned USABG leader calls you to talk through carriers, how compensation is structured, and your questions. No obligation either way.
- Get contracted. Carrier paperwork for the products that fit your market — your leader walks it through with you.
- Training and setup. Training, tools, and a proven sales process.
- Start writing business. Your leader stays available as you start, and you set your own pace.
